Filipinos can expect a three-day weekend after President Arroyo yesterday declared Feb. 25, Monday, a "special non-working holiday" to mark the 22nd anniversary of the EDSA People Power bloodless revolution that led to the 1986 downfall of the government of then President Marcos.
